dragons are described as good, kind, and intelligent. In Chinese
history, the dragon is the symbol of power, and is considered "Imperial
Dragons". Long ago, only the Emperor could have a dragon displayed on
his robes or illustrated on anything the Emperor owned.
The dragons are said to be made up of many different types of animals:
the body of a snake, scales of a carp, head of a camel, horns of a giant
deer, the eyes of a hare, ears like a bull, a neck like an iguana, belly
of a frog, paws like a tigers, and claws like an eagle.

In
Chinese mythology, the unicorn whose rare appearance often coincides
with the imminent birth or death of a sage or illustrious ruler. The
name is a combination of the two characters ch'i, ˇ§male,ˇ¨
and lin, ˇ§female.ˇ¨
A Kylin has a single horn
on its forehead, the hooves of a horse, the body of a deer, and the tail
of an ox. Also, they are gentle disposition.
